Is there a required team size?
No minimum. Per-seat pricing supports teams from one to thousands of employees, with volume terms discussed during onboarding for larger teams.
When will access open?
We remain in closed alpha. Join the waitlist and we will contact you when a slot becomes available.
Is the price an early-adopter offer?
The standard prices are €10 per seat with monthly billing and €8 per seat with annual billing, not promotional rates. We are not planning a later increase—your signup price is what you pay.
When does the annual 20% discount apply?
It applies at sign-up. Cancel anytime under the standard refund terms.
How does migration from an existing HRIS work?
AI import moves your existing employee data and transaction history—records, time-off balances, contracts, and payroll history—into Locaxion, so you do not rebuild from scratch.
Where is employee data stored, and who has access?
Hosted in the EU and ISO 27001 certified, Locaxion is GDPR compliant, with field-level permissions and an activity log. Sensitive data remains visible only to people who need it.
Can we export our data after cancelling?
You can export it. Full data export is a product capability, never a retention barrier after cancellation.
How does AI protect sensitive employee data?
AI uses only your tenant's data and follows the same field-level permissions as the rest of Locaxion. No training on your data and no information shared across customers.
What is outside Locaxion today?
Payroll execution (we hand work to your provider), a full ATS, and learning management remain outside today's scope. Ask about specific needs and we will answer directly.
