Our origin
Experience shaped the product
Across Smartly.io, Swarmia, and other startups, our founders helped teams grow from zero to a thousand-plus people. The pattern kept repeating: founders and managers absorbed people operations, recurring tasks accumulated, and the eventual owners burned out before reaching the strategic work.
Locaxion is the product we wished we'd had. The name points to a different kind of location: not where people sit, but where they do their best work. Get that right, and people ops becomes a skill-building engine—not a paperwork factory.
